Only pulls tag trailers with a special pull rite hitch it does not allow for any sway and turns a tag trailer into a fifth wheel. Fully self contained unit with a separate shower and toilet. Sleeps 4 to 6 adults. The couch folds open for 2. Over head bunk will sleep 2. Dinette will sleep 2. Has brand new propane hot water heater. Also has a propane central furnace. RV style 30 gal propane tank mounted under right side locking door storage. 5000 watt khohler on board gas gen with automatic battery and RV park switching. the hrs on the genset are very low 2100 it runs fine as does all appliances. Microwave. Electric refrigerator. Roof A/C. Wall mounted CD player and radio. special moonlighting on ceiling and windows. 50 gal fresh water storage.
